Application
For the balance testing and
correcting of rotary component and assemble for motor,
generators, exhaust fans, engines, agricultural
machinery, textile machinery, food processing machinery, automobiles and motorcycle.


Features:
1. Windows XP/Vista operating system.
2. Human/machine interface for easy balance-weight testing;
balance weight unit will be set as “gram” after testing.
3. Monitor displays all sorts of settings and digitalized
imbalance angles, weight, rotation speeds, and
synchronous vector charts.
4. Automatic digitalized zero adjustment.
5. Information displayed on the monitor can be printed out
(Printer optional).
6. RS-232 data output.
7. Work piece balance value can be preset with to enable
indication of finished-item standardqualification/disqualification
8. Compound electric and air brake system
Note:
Model THM-100-SB and THM-300-SB can be installed with
automatic positioning system, which rotates imbalance angles
to any required position automatically and saves 30,000
corrected work piece files.
